1) Initial Call. Firstly, we chat with you to understand your investment criteria.
Some of our client’s needs and objectives require a medium-term investment with strong capital growth whilst other investors are looking for immediate rental return and cash flow.
2) Pay £1500 deposit.
3) Establishing Investment Objectives. Once we understand what your goals are, we focus on how we can help you achieve (and exceed) the results you are aiming for from the property investment.
4) The Search for your ideal property. We source properties through our extensive property database, our great relationships with our network of national estate agents, our connections with ‘quick sale’ property firms as well as builder part exchanges. Our property sourcing is further enhanced with hands-on research, direct relationships with vendors and our relationships with local estate agents which positions us in a prime position to present excellent investment opportunities. Because of our great relationships we are informed about great properties deals before they are available on the open market.
We are regularly offered properties at discounted prices for a quick sale or a lease option opportunity. As well as this we also source properties in need of refurbishment at seriously reduced prices.

5) We find you your ideal property. Once we have sourced a suitable property, we will present it to you with the following information:

● A summary of rental values both historic and present.
● Predicted market growth.
● Percentage discount from current market value.
● Assessment of any works to be carried out.

6) Pay £1500 final payment on deal completing.
